The polar bear is a bear native largely within the Arctic Circle encompassing the Arctic Ocean, its surrounding seas and surrounding land masses.Polar bears are found in only five countries – Canada, Greenland, Norway, Russia, and the United States.What’s not so fun about polar bears is that they may not be around too much longer.  Polar bears are threatened by climate change; within the next 40 years, disappearing sea ice in the Arctic will likely result in polar bears disappearing from Greenland, Norway, Russia, and the United States.  By the end of the century, populations will only remain in the Canadian Archipelago.Unfortunately, Canada has not been doing a very good jot preparing for its stewardship role.  Instead of rolling out the welcoming mat, Canada is the only country that still allows the killing of polar bears for trophy hunting and international commercial trade.  With fur prices at record highs, quotas for populations in jeopardy have been set at unsustainable levels, against the expert advice of scientists.  Despite both domestic and international attempts to get Canada to do more to protect polar bears, it hasn’t curbed its appetite for the killing of around 500 polar bears per year.

1339 Teddy bear , give me a hug ;)

National Hug a Bear Day falls on November 7 and it is an especially fun holiday for little kids. Children like teddy bears because they look so squeezable and comfortable.
Teddy bears are often given as gifts for children staying in the hospital to help make their visit as cheery and pleasant as possible, and police officers may also give a teddy bear to a child who has wandered away and become lost in order to comfort the child until their parents can be located and arrive to give them human hugs.

I am not professional nail artist,this is JUST MY HOBBY on my NATURAL NAILS !
Sometimes we don't have as much time as we would like for nail painting.
I put every time a base coat,transparent,to avoid stains on my nails,and after that coat I apply thin coat of French white .Nail polish has to be fresh , as it will dry so fast ,and also next coat will have better looking color.
Let the nails dry,and after that always apply finish transparent coat to protect your painting
and prevent it to be fray or rugged nail color.

522 Polar winter night and Polar Bear ,snowing night nail art

i use my new Claire's nail polishes sea water blue and diamond glitter ,
some nail polish art pens ,small needle from that art pen ,
and napkin as an idea.
here is so cold, everything is frozen with hurricane force wind  ,real polar feeling..only we still dont have polar bears here in South East Balkan .. but i made it  for me ! love my winter sparkling glitter starry night with some winter tree and mum and polar bears family ,mum and her baby !

it is very hard to catch glitters and small details ,but it is cute in reality
 it took me about 30 min to make this nail art
